By booking an appointment or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and ensure a respectful, professional, and efficient experience for all clients.
📅 APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
_ All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking platform or directly via approved communication channels.
_ A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit amount will be applied toward your final balance.
_ Appointments without a deposit will "NOT" be honored and may be "CANCELLED" without notice.
_ Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking.
⏰ LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOW POLICY
_ A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.
_ No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
_ Repeated tardiness or no-shows may result in a permanent ban from booking services.
❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
_ Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit & service charge.
_ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a loss of deposit & a 50% charge of appointment service.
_ Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if requested at least 24-48 hours in advance.
💳 PAYMENTS & SERVICE CHARGE
_ Final payment is due at the time of service.
_ We accept cash, chime, credit/debit cards, and approved mobile payment platforms.
_ "NO REFUNDS" will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.
_ Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will result in a PERMANENT BAN.
🧼 CLIENT PREPERATIONS
_ Please arrive with clean, product/ oil free, detangled hair unless otherwise instructed.
_ Additional fees may apply for detangling, excessive product buildup, or unprepared hair.
_ If your hair is not in a suitable condition for the scheduled service, the appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion.
👥 GUEST POLICY
_ For safety and space considerations, "NO" extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
_ Unauthorized guests may result in appointment cancellation without refund.
📸 MEDIA & CONTENT USE
_ By booking a service, you consent to photos and videos of your hair being taken before, during, or after your appointment.
_These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
_ If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
⚠️ HEALTH & SAFETY
_Please disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
_ We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or the safety of others.
_ Clients exhibiting signs of illness may be asked to reschedule.
