Cancellation Policy
💇♀️ Kandii & Brown Hair Service Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: 📅 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final service total. Appointments "WITHOUT" a deposit will be "AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED". ⏰ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled and charged a fee. Late arrivals may be rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion and will forfeit the deposit. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of deposit & charged 100% of service style. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from future bookings. 💳 PAYMENTS Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash & Chime "ONLY" No refunds on completed services. ⚠️ ADDITIONAL NOTES Please arrive with clean, oil/ product free and detangled hair unless otherwise instructed. Children and extra guests are "NOT ALLOWED" unless being serviced. Repeated violations of this policy may result in a permanent ban from booking services.
